Siemens iQ500 Quality Workmanship

Dear Siemens, I bought this iQ500 1.5 years ago - the writing on the front panel has worn off and become illegible after a short time! My previous washing machine, also a Siemens, did not have this problem after 10 years! The quality of this front panel is clearly defective.
